Birmingham was our next stop as we visited Sheldon B26. We had a warm welcome from the great team at énergie fitness, we got a good 5k run in around the area & had the pleasure of meeting Debbie who shared how supportive the local community are & have a friendly culture that gets behind local initiatives. We are learning so much on tour & meeting so many positive people who really care about where they live
